Battle Gnome Solutions is committed to safe-keep users personal information. It will be kept exclusively for the use of processing and sending orders, invoices, informative materials and other necessary communication. It will never be given or sold to a third party. The company may contact the user via means of distance communication only for the purpose of customer service or newsletter, if the user does not expressly object to this.

If the customer declares, during any contact established by any means of communication, he does not wish to receive messages in this way, the company is obliged to no longer send any messages intended to establish a contract for the sale of any goods or services. We may collect statistics regarding the use of our webshop, such as traffic patterns and related site information, but this information will not include any personal identifying information.

How and why do we collect data?

We collect only data that is needed to complete a purchase in our store and fulfil the shipment. This includes your personal name and address. We also collect emails to be used for further communication and customer support. If the customer opts-in, the email will also be used for our occasional newsletter from which they can opt-out ant any given time.

Our website uses cookies for normal operation. 

As stated before, we do NOT share any of your data with an outside company, it is only viewed and used by our employee that processes and ships your order and/or handles you customer service request. At any given time you can change, update or delete all your personal data on our online store or by sending us a written request to [email protected]

What about payment data?

We do NOT collect, store or have access to any of your payment data. Our company partners with PayPal and Braintree and uses their payment modules that encrypt and secure your data only for the purpose of the transaction. We have no way of seeing or manipulating with that information.

What are my rights?

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you have:

  • the option to browse our website without providing any personal data
  • decide which personal information you will provide
  • decide to opt-out from our newsletter 
  • the right to delete your data
  • the right to limit processing of your data

  • the right to withdraw consent, when it has been asked.

At any given time you can access, change, update or delete all your personal data by logging in to our online store or by sending us a written request to [email protected]. You can opt-out from our newsletter anytime you want, even if you chose to opt-in at your registration.
